VITAZYME - Liquid microbial and enzymic formula. Reduction of ammonia nitrites. Also consumes organic wastes from the water. Closed aquatic systems, and seeding of biofilters.

Applications: Ponds, lakes, lagoons, estuaries, fish and shrimp farms. Provides green water control by consuming organic wastes, phosphates, sludge, and control of ammonia nitrites, while greatly improving water quality and appearance. 

Dose rates:  One gallon will treat I 00,000 gallons of wastewater.

VITAZYME SUPER - Dry microbial and enzymic formula. Highly concentrated, beneficial microbial strains, at 12 billion per gram. It is effective in reducing sludge, ammonia nitrites and other undesirable organic pollutants such as, from waterfowl and fish feces, which have contaminated the water system continuously. These strains decrease H2S and other obnoxious gasses, and increase oxygen content.

Applications: Lagoons, lakes, rivers and estuaries and polluted aquaculture, (fish and shrimp) farms.

Available in 1, 5 and 50 lb. containers for water systems. One pound mixes in 5 gallons, to treat 3,300,000 gallons, or ten acre feet, for finfish, For shrimp, one pound treats 330,00-0 gallons, or one acre foot. Brewed for 4 hours.

VITABLUE - Acts as a liquid sunscreen. Liquid organic dye inhibits the ultra-violet rays inhibiting photosynthesis, reducing algae and inhibiting the vision of predatory birdlife that feed on aquatic livestock.

Applications: To kill off green soupy algae growth in ponds, lagoons and other contained water systems, which are open to sunlight.

VITACLEAR - Liquid coagulant formula. Drops (flocculates) all suspended matter including living matter, such as algae, to the bottom.

Applications: For fast removal of suspended matter in water systems such as ponds, lakes and other water systems. For use with our Vitazyme and Vitablue to clarify and maintain water systems.

VITACLEAN - Liquid degreasing enzyme formula. A concentration for grease liquefaction and removal in food processing plants.

Applications: Grease coated cooking surfaces such as stoves, ovens, prep tables, vents, filters, floors, drains and walls in restaurants, hospitals, schools and public and governmental institutions.

VITADEODOR - Liquid enzymic odor removal formula. Eliminates and biodegrades organic odor (H2S) molecules and its organic source.

Applications: Putrid drains, grease traps, garbage cans, dumpsters, food service, restrooms, outdoor toilets and wherever unpleasant odors occur. Spray onto, or pour into, odor source.

VITASEPTIC - Dry enzymic odor removal formula. Eliminates odor and biodegrades organic waste.

Applications: Septic systems, wastewater treatment plants, waste lagoons, drains and leach fields. 

Dose rates:  Treatment ratio, 2 to 5 ppm formulated on density, capacity and flow.

VITANITRIFYER - Liquid nitrifying bacteria formula, where the ammonia nitrite levels are out of balance.

Applications: Immediate seeding of biofilters. Reduction of ammonia-nitrites. These nitrosonoma and nitrobacter bacteria convert toxic ammonia nitrites to non-toxic nitrates. 

Dose rates:  Average biofiltration initial inoculation 4 oz. per 1,000 gallons of water. Maintenance dose is 3 oz. per 1,000 gallons of water per week.

VITAHATCH - A dual function formula. First, it assists natural processes that result in the breakdown of organic waste into carbon dioxide and water. Secondly, it colonizes the external slime layer of fresh and salt-water crustaceans and fish. Vitahatch is used to inoculate aquaculture hatchery and nursery wastes prior to transfer of juvenile species to outgrowth ponds. Used in this way, it acts as an external probiotic that helps alleviate the harmful effects of transfer stress. It is also used to add protection to tropical and ornamental fish prior to shipment.

Applications:

• Aquaculture hatchery water - apply I gallon per 8000 gallons, 48 hours prior to transfer, or two consecutive days after antibiotic treatment. Aerate constantly.

• Fish dips - Immerse fish for 15 minutes in heavily aerated bath containing 500 PPM. Best following vaccination, antibiotic treatment or preceding transportation.

VITASHIELD - A dual function formula. First, it assists natural processes that result in the breakdown of organic wastes. Secondly, it colonizes the external slime layer of adult fresh and salt-water crustaceans and fish. Transferring stock or handling of any kind will tear the protective coating on fish and shrimp, leaving them exposed to pathogenic bacteria. Vitabiotic is used as a preventative as it promotes more of the mucous protective coating. It colonizes the coating as a shield against disease.

Applications- Aquaculture ponds - apply 4 oz per 1000 gallons, daily, for five days after antibiotic treatment or after any form of medication treatment. Apply 4 oz per gallons weekly during periods of slow growth such as when dry season stunting is observed.

Dose rates: All dose rates refer to 4x applications. For RTU dose rates, multiply by 4. Use at 500 PPM. Use higher side rates when background microbial counts are high or when disease is suspected.

VITABIOTIC - This recent breakthrough probiotic product is used with tremendous results, primarily in the Orient, in large and small-scale operations. These "super bugs" clean dirty pond water by reducing sludge, decreasing blue-green algae blooms and "Off- flavor', and H2S and other obnoxious gasses. They increase the oxygen content. The results are a significant reduction in mortality, and increased production of healthier and larger stock yields.

These products have the probiotic quality of predominating in the environment and precluding the pathogenic bacteria. This is also known as "competitive exclusion". They rapidly digest organic wastes at the same time.

This product can preclude the devastating bacteria of Aeromonas or "Hole-in-the-Side" disease and other invasive diseases, which decimate huge numbers of aquatic livestock.

Dose rates:  Brewed on-site, it Produces 25 gallons of highly concentrated product (approximately 50 trillion bacteria). It will treat 12 million gallons in finfish farming, and 3 million gallons in shrimp farming.

Application: This requires one pound of probiotic bacteria that is cultured in clean non- chlorinated water when brewing. This product is shipped in dry form, to be mixed or cultured (brewed) on-site and promptly applied within 24 hours. Recommended to alternate weekly with Vitazyme Super.

VITAFEED - Probiotic fish food supplement. Beneficial microorganisms and immunostimulants on a wheat bran carrier. Boosts aquatic animals immune systems for better defense against disease.

Dosage rates: First 30 days, 2 lbs per 1,000 lbs of feed. After 30 days, I lb per 1,C)OO lbs of feed. Mix into feed meal prior to pelletizing. If already pelletized, adhere to finished feed with a vegetable oil or similar product.

VITADEGRADER - Concentrated waste inoculant consisting of beneficial microorganisms, that degrade and metabolize wastes, 5 trillion to the gallon. Effective odor control. Liquefaction of grease and solid waste. Reduction of pathogenic bacteria.

Application: Processing plants, waste and wastewater (livestock lagoons, sewage) treatment and Composting. 

Dosage rates:  A 50-ounce container will produce 50 gallons of activated inoculant, 1-once per gallon (= $2.40 per gallon). 1-2 gallons treats 20,000 gallons of waste slurry. A 50-ounce container is 3.1 pounds, which makes 50 gallons of product. Fifty -gallons treats 50-1 00,000 gallons of slurry.

VITADIFFUSION - Vitaculture Air Diffusion System.   System price estimated per individual water project - blowers, hose, couplets and elbows.

VITAPUMPC -Automatic pre-set dose, pre-set timing device and pump for commercial waste systems. Cost based on system size or volume.

VITAWATER - Water reclamation equipment. Phone for information. Treats from I gallon per minute to 2,500 gallons per minute. Removes, or renders inert, pollutants from chemical and organic contaminants and yields high quality greywater and potable water. It does not remove salts or minerals but can make desalination systems significantly more cost effective.

VITAGROW - An oxygenated plant growth accelerator extensively researched in the rice growing industry, with excellent results. Crops increased 25 to 50% in yields.

VITAGUARD - Spruce budworm, gypsy moth, bagworm, tent caterpillar, tussock moth, hemlock looper, jack pine budworm, hardwood defoliator.

Bacillus thuringiensis kurstaki, bacillus lattobporus, CM-5 bacillus subtilis. (Some control of mosquitoes.)

In crops, some whitefly effectiveness. Custom products designed for specific blights, fungi, and weevil insects.
